Terrible customer service Air conditioner still under factory warranty stopped coolingCalled Danby, faxed proof of purchase and told I would receive a call back No call so I called again and then had to email receipt, again told someone would call No call Called again and was told to return to Best Buy, it had been arranged Best Buy knew nothing about it and would not exchange it Called again, put on hold for minutes then told someone would call me back Someone finally did, unfortunately I have been dealing with this for weeks This time I was told to return the unit to Best Buy, they knew all about it The unit weighs lbs and I'm 5'2' lbs, so hauling this thing around is difficult I'm not falling for their runaround anymore I will take it as a loss and never buy a product from them again For all the trouble they put me through and incomplete promises, they should of sent me a new one and picked up the old one Customer service at its worst
