I was rear ended on the highway. I went in the ambulance to the hospital,I was told my car was getting towed to Danby's, I didnt get to choose where I wanted it to go. When I went to pick up my car, there was oil covered all over the inside. I had fingerprints all over my glove box and center console. I had a *** necklace and a *** stolen. I contacted the business and never got a call back. I paid $150 for my tow, I want a refund.

This is a response to complaint of August 15, 2018 ID number ***. We towed the car at the direction of the *** State police after was involved in an accident and the owner was taken to the hospital. The vehicle was towed to our Storage lot. We do not inventory personal belongings and advised the owner to make a police report if items were missing. I can not answer why there would be fingerprints on her glove box. We provided a service for the Tow which was completed at the time of the accident. Please submit the Tow bill to the insurance company handling the damage for reimbursement.
