I signed up with dance in early I was informed by my neurosurgeon that I could not participate in high impact activities due to my herniated discI got a letter from my doctor and took it to someone who worked there years agoThey lost my papers and sent my account to collectionsI have been calling leaving a message for the manager to contact me on numerous occasions and no call backs to solve this issueI'm so tired of calling to speak to the account dept just to be told no one is thereI would like this issue resolved asap
