I would like to thank Tom for his help with my hard wired smoke and CO detector It had been ringing all morning and I could not stop it for more than or minutes He explained how to get it off and that it had a plug in the under side so I could get a new one and put it in myself Other electrical companies I had called simply said they didn't have anyone on call
I really appreciate that he took the time to explain to me how to do it and then he asked me to call him back to ensure I was successful
He rates the highest award for customer service and I will certainly keep the company number in case I require an electrician in the future

After two dozen or more requests to repair the lights installed in my new home I have still yet to have all the repairs done I am now having to go through my home warranty protection The home is only months old but I am having issues with LED lights, fan electrical faults and outages Very, very disappointed with this provider He will not return calls or set up proper appointments My neighbours next door have also had the same issue and bad service from him
