I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. This is truly why I filed the complaint. The customer service is not good at all.Please have Mr. W[redacted] provide the name, address and phone number for HERFF JONES corporate office.I agree-- all customers should be treated fairly. Including my daughter. Additionally--Herff Jones representative: "we can easily show that we did respond to her emails by forwarding them to anyone interested."1)Please provide emails to show responsesHerff Jones representative: "As far as speaking with someone in the office; everyone here states that they did not. Only Mr. W[redacted] states that he spoke with her."2) Call recording is needed. I spoke to a gentleman in the office as stated before. At the time they hung up before I could complete my request. Herff Jones representative: "We did not ask her daughter to be a salesperson for us only gave her a suggestion to help with her dilemma."3) It is not professional to tell a seventeen year old to sell a product when she requesting to be assisted.

We feel that the customer will never be satisfied with our rules and we can easily show that we did respond to her emails by forwarding them to anyone interested. As far as speaking with someone in the office; everyone here states that they did not. Only Mr. W[redacted] states that he spoke with her. We did not ask her daughter to be a salesperson for us only gave her a suggestion to help with her dilemma. We are sorry that the customer does not understand our return policy which is written on our forms. We still stand that we must stick to our policy and treat everyone fairly.Thank you

See attached summary of what should be done to resolve this matter.This HERFF JONES company has 1)not replied to my emails timely, 2)implied that I lied about a phone call with one of their representatives, 3) hung up in my face, and 4) advise my daughter to become a salesperson. HERFF Jones should provide better customer service.

The customer emailed us and I replied to her email on Monday 12/11 and she did not reply to my email. She sent a second email the next day but did not include the email I sent the day before with her response. She spoke of a phone call she received from the sales office in her second email but I am...
unaware of any phone call only my email responses. I spoke with Mr. W[redacted] concerning this and he did explain our return policy which is written on our order forms with the customer at the school. Even though we are located in the upstate and not near Columbia, we do have customers that call or email us within a 3 business day period of their purchase and we gladly handle the issue with an exchange or refund. The customer wanted us to make a special exception for her on this item but we treat all customers fairly and equally and can not make treat one differently than another. The rest of the items the customer is speaking of that have not been filled are scheduled to be filled on "Senior Delivery Day" at the school in the spring. This day is setup with the school and has been handled this way for years and was explained to all the students on "Senior Assembly Day" which took place one week before the day we went to the school to take orders the first time.
