To Whom It May Concern, November 2016, we spoke to the customer concerning the problem with her door, we explained that we had no control over the manufacturer’s warranty, and that there was very little our company could do to resolve her concerns since it was a manufacturer issueAfter
having this conversation with the customer, the manufacturer was contacted and we re-explained what the problem was, and the concerns of the customerWe arranged for the manufacturer’s representative to visit the customer and she was informed by him that she would be able to pick another model door at no cost to her, and they will replace it. At this point we are waiting for the customer to select a new door and notify the company of her selectionAfter her selection of the new door the manufacturer will schedule for a replacementCustomer stated once completed, she will notify the Revdex.com to retract her complaint Thank You, Jerry G*** Tri-Star Construction
