[redacted] Attached are supportive documents regarding the complaint from [redacted] ***, # [redacted] The first document is the booking confirmation the guest received upon making the reservation The reservation is in the name of [redacted] The next documents are the emails and we also had a telephone conversation regarding the cigarette debris in the room.The final document is the statement verifying the $fine paid via credit cardThe entire property is smoke free The trash can in the room was full of cigarette butts and some ashes were on the tile floor The odor in the room was a disgusting stench from the cigarettes discarded in the room I explained this to [redacted] on the telephone the damage caused from dumping the smoking debris inside the room which required extra cleaning and de-odorizing to remove the cigarette odors A “non smoking” property entails smoking and discarding smoking products on the property ***’s comment that he smoked in his car and deposited all his smoking trash on the property is in direct conflict with we are a non smoking facility The $fine stands as I have explained to the guestIf you have any further questions regarding this incident, please feel free to reach out to me [redacted] General Manager
