Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID#? [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: [Your Answer Here] ? The Balance Due to the electrical subcontractor is the issue hereThere was a balance unpaid to the electrician for contract work and extrasThe electrician billed for a service call as wellThe amount due was C [redacted] E Construction LLC's responsibility and should have been dealt with directly between the electrical subcontractor and C [redacted] E Construction LLC legally or not since all contract sums were paid by The Home Owner ( [redacted] - [redacted] **)The electrical subcontractor filed a Lien against the property even though New York State Law says that the only amount allowed for a Lien is what is left due to the General ContractorThe Home Owner states that they were in dire need of resolution because they were in the middle of refinancing their homeThat being said the Home Owner paid the lien to the courts with their savings used for college for their childrenI will reimburse the home Owner, to the best of our ability, by end of December as we are experiencing a down turn in businessThe project had several cost overruns and was priced low to begin withAs per the request for release of all claims from the sub-contractors, I will provide thoseThey are aware of the Electrician being paid in full and can request from them direct if they need any other information as they have already had contact directly with them about thisSome service, such as the Dumpster company does not create a Lien release but said to have the Home Owner call and discuss directly with that vendor.?
