Dear Sirs,We have responded to [redacted] complaint.  In fact, in despite of no evidence indicting any effort on [redacted] part to cancel the plan by phone in February we immediately offered to refund the two (2) months of costs related to her membership and cancel any ongoing charges....

 We have no record of [redacted] trying to cancel nor has [redacted] been able to tell what date, approximately what time, or who she spoke with regarding this alleged phone call.  It is important to note we do not accept cancellations over the phone for just this reason and all of our employees adhere to this rule.A couple of hours of after the initial demand from [redacted] to refund two (2) months came a call from her that she was now demanding 3 months refunds.  As I read the complaint with Revdex.com she is now looking for four (4) months.  I believe it is obvious what is going on here.  The last time our records show [redacted] using the unlimited pass was Feb. 13th.  The last automatic renewal was May 24, 2016.   Under the rules of the program we need 5 business days before renewal to cancel an account and they must do it thru the website or come down to one of the car washes to do in person.  These rules and restrictions are on our website and  are given to all new Unlimited Plan holders. We do not accept phone cancellations for security and and process reasons.  Nonetheless we have authorized 2 months of credit/cash refunds and a 3 free car washes as final settlement  Overall value being $89.47.  Based on the rules of the program that [redacted] was aware of, we believe we immediately (before any complaint to Revdex.com) moved to resolve her complaint.  Also, what should be noted is we had no obligation to refund anything under the rules and restrictions of the program.Thank you

Dear Sirs,We have offered 2 months refunds and a prepaid card with free washes on it for her convenience to [redacted]  We have no evidence that [redacted] canceled the plan until June of this year.  Her usage shows she used the plan until February 13th of 2016.  Her plan renewed for 30 days on February 24 as properly agreed to and every 30 days thereafter.  Our attendant Chris, an experienced and trained employee,  has no recollection of [redacted] call and would not/will not accept a telephone cancellation for a plan over the phone.  Based on the usage We will refund the May 24th payment, the April 24th payment and the March 24th payment as a good faith gesture in this instance.  Technically we do not have to refund any payments at all.   There is no subterfuge at play here.  It is extremely easy to cancel an Unlimited plan.  [redacted] even admits to expecting an e-mail confirming the cancellation.  When this did not occur and the charge re-occured in March 2016 something may have been wrong?  The March 24th payment has all ready been credited to her credit card.  The other two refunds  must be done via a check to her and we will need an address.  Ms. Cavallo should have notified us immediately upon any unexpected charges to her account and we could have solved this much quicker and without any stress.  We understand people do not always comprehend the rules of a subscription program or review their credit card statements regularly for accuracy.  It is not our intent to take anyone's money for services they did not want.  Since there is no way to determine the veracity of Ms. Cavallo's cancellation claim we will consider it closed as of  March 24 and refund the March, April and May payments.   A total of 3 months refund.
