Ordered products, never received, paid for them, check cashed, merchandise never received. F

This place is a fine example of bad customer service. When the product I ordered did not meet my expectations, it took several weeks of hassling with them to even get approved to send it back. Then it took a month and a half of hassling them to get my money refunded - and of course, they took a restocking fee. Their customer service was also unhelpful and rude.
I would highly suggest ordering from ANY OTHER company.
Also, the owner posted a 5 star on their Facebook page bashing someone for posting about their negative experience - extremely unprofessional, and gives you every reason in the world to not trust the 5 star reviews posted since it is very obviously the owner and people who work there.
