To Whom it May Concern:We have spoken with the customer in regards to this matter about a late payment in regards to their August billThis bill was e-mailed out and mailed out to the customer on Aug and was due on Aug 28, The customers payment was received on Sept 8,
after the late fee had been appliedThe payment was received almost two weeks after the due date and the late fee will stand on the account. We sent the bill out by our two available methods, and the bill can be paid through the mail with a check or m.o. or the customer has the option to pay online with an e-check, visa, or master card

I am rejecting this response because: Payment was sent several days prior to the due date, and was not processed until my wife called the officeThey claim that the postal service took two weeks to deliver our payment miles, and that they just happened to receive it the day that we called to complain about the late fee. We sent the payment in plenty of time as their printed bill had not yet arrived, and they did not process our payment for two weeks until we calledOur assumption is that they did not process the payment because the stub was missing. Others in the neighborhood have had the same problem, and complaints are always received in the same disrespectful and unprofessional mannerWhat they appear to really want is for customers to pay an extra fee in order to use their online system.
