[redacted]my complaint remains the same. No written acknowledgement of my claim arrived. I request a tracking number so I may submit it to my postal inspector. No new information, past what I was told when I called Alison's, is presented here by Alison's. The losses from theft and damage approximate $6,000.00 and include a large gold nugget, fine jewelry, and an I phone, as well as roughly 20 other missing items including financial records. Either they stole them or through their negligence someone else accessed them, however they are responsible for the theft. A flash light was left on and thrown into a half empty box as evidence that a surch was likely conducted of the boxes in their dark van or facility. I don't know who or how but a major theft occurred. I expect Alison's to acknowledge their responsibility and be honorable in compensating me for my documentable losses. I did supply them with photos after a second phone call to them to convince them it would assist their investigation. We do not have an email on file for Ms. [redacted], therefore our correspondence has been via USPS.  There have been two mailings, the first being written acknowledgement for the receipt of the claim; this letter also informs the customer that a carrier has 120 days from receipt of a claim to settle,...

deny or make an offer of compromise.  Ms. [redacted] claim was received on November 6, 2017 and processed on December 29th.   A letter of explanation and settlement had been written on December 31 and it is currently in accounting for the check to be dispersed. I would anticipate this to be in the mail by 1/4/18.Ms. [redacted] had requested a pass code be posted on her file; this pass code was requested by her as a block from anyone being able to discuss her move or her file in any way in any circumstance that did not provide the pass code.  Only two staff at Alison's were given this code per Ms. [redacted] request.  To alleviate further complication on this matter the staff at Alison's has been advised that any or all conversations and or correspondence needed by Ms. [redacted] is to be only with the owner Alison M[redacted].We sincerely regret that Ms. [redacted] felt ignored as that was and is not our intent but rather we rather expedite all inquiries with the anticipation that our customers have a satisfactory experience.Respectfully,Alison M[redacted]

Check #[redacted] in the amount of $147.60 had been mailed to Ms. [redacted] out on February 1, 2018.

I am rejecting this response because:As of today’s mail, Monday March 12, no check for $147.60 has arrived. Alison’s claims it was check [redacted] dated February 1, 2018.  Double talk. They claimed on February 27, that no amount past the original check of $454.00 had been or would be sent. In addition, they stated they sent a check for $120.00 at the end of the week February 15. No such check arrived. Now it is a missing check of $147.60 from February 1. The only way they could have come up with the sum of $147.60 would have been after March 7, when I emailed the cost of the shelf replacements of $27.60 ($120.00 + 27.60 = 147.60). This is a dishonest company. This is only more evidence they stole my property.
