Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:As of today’s mail, Monday March 12, no check for $has arrivedAlison’s claims it was check [redacted] dated February 1, Double talkThey claimed on February 27, that no amount past the original check of $had been or would be sentIn addition, they stated they sent a check for $at the end of the week February No such check arrivedNow it is a missing check of $from February The only way they could have come up with the sum of $would have been after March 7, when I emailed the cost of the shelf replacements of $($+ = 147.60)This is a dishonest companyThis is only more evidence they stole my property Sincerely, [redacted] ***

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Sincerely, [redacted] ***my complaint remains the sameNo written acknowledgement of my claim arrivedI request a tracking number so I may submit it to my postal inspectorNo new information, past what I was told when I called Alison's, is presented here by Alison'sThe losses from theft and damage approximate $6,and include a large gold nugget, fine jewelry, and an I phone, as well as roughly other missing items including financial recordsEither they stole them or through their negligence someone else accessed them, however they are responsible for the theftA flash light was left on and thrown into a half empty box as evidence that a surch was likely conducted of the boxes in their dark van or facilityI don't know who or how but a major theft occurredI expect Alison's to acknowledge their responsibility and be honorable in compensating me for my documentable lossesI did supply them with photos after a second phone call to them to convince them it would assist their investigationA police report was filed.Please excuse auto correct if words are wrong I am without a computer.Respectfully, [redacted] ***

We do not have an email on file for Ms***, therefore our correspondence has been via USPS There have been two mailings, the first being written acknowledgement for the receipt of the claim; this letter also informs the customer that a carrier has days from receipt of a claim to settle, deny or make an offer of compromise Ms [redacted] claim was received on November 6, and processed on December 29th A letter of explanation and settlement had been written on December and it is currently in accounting for the check to be dispersedI would anticipate this to be in the mail by 1/4/18.Ms [redacted] had requested a pass code be posted on her file; this pass code was requested by her as a block from anyone being able to discuss her move or her file in any way in any circumstance that did not provide the pass code Only two staff at Alison's were given this code per Ms [redacted] request To alleviate further complication on this matter the staff at Alison's has been advised that any or all conversations and or correspondence needed by Ms [redacted] is to be only with the owner Alison M [redacted] .We sincerely regret that Ms [redacted] felt ignored as that was and is not our intent but rather we rather expedite all inquiries with the anticipation that our customers have a satisfactory experience.Respectfully,Alison M [redacted]

Good Morning, I am responding to a letter we received with regard to Mr*** *** whom purchased a home from one of our builder clients. There was a disagreement in the location of the holes that needed to be drilled for his kitchen faucet which resulted in the granite slab
needing to be replaced, which Interior Specialists accommodated at no-charge to me ***. At this time, Interior Specialists has no ‘open’ customer service tickets with regard to Mr*** and therefore consider the claim closed. Please note that the ISI employee your letter was referenced to has not been in our employment for several years. Please change your information to reflect myself as the point of contact going forward. Thank you, *** ***
