I cannot find record of a previous contact by the Revdex.com so I apologize this wasn't addressed in a more timely manner This customer ordered at 2:pm on Thursday, October 20th Our website states that only orders placed before noon ship out the same day Therefore, this one would be processed on Friday, October 21st and shipped next day air We also state all shipments in terms of "business days" and we remind the customer that this is Monday through Friday Therefore, a package shipping on Friday, October 21st would not be delivered until Monday, October 24th which was the next business dayTherefore, she is not due a refund but as a good faith effort I have asked someone on my team to get it processed and back to [redacted] [redacted]

The customer emailed us on 11/that she was returning a product We were closed on 11/and it stated on our website that our hours of operation are Monday through Friday She has continued to email about the refund but we did not receive the product back at our warehouse until
November 28th so a refund is being processed She should have it at her credit card company within the next few days We will not issue a refund until the merchandise has been returned. If she needs any further assistance my team is happy to help

I have directed my team to send a free replacement to the customer It is unreasonable to expect her to wait when it clearly is our error or one by the carrier My team has sent her an email. ***

We refunded her all of the processing and shipping charges even though there was no mistake on our part but, rather, as a good faith effort.  The package shipped UPS and was delivered on 10/24/2017 at 4:55 pm.  The tracking number is [redacted] . Sincerely, [redacted]
