This complaint seems unclear to meI am not sure as to what resolution she is requestingI provided the service that she paid forI refused to do further business with her because of the hurtful things that were said to meIt is an unfortunate situation, but I believe that some people just aren't meant to do business with each otherI have records and can provide copies of all correspondence but don't want to turn this into a battle of interpretationThis is a very upsetting situation and I would like to move past this as soon as possible

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
I have read there response and they are not correct on understanding my complaint. Myself, my father (who is very highly looked upon and highly respected retired military veteran)and my mother went over to speak them and they were quite rude and [redacted]  stuck her head out screaming at all of us at the top of her lungs including her own husband, also in front of all the little kids. We decided to permanently pull out our daughter from their business as I wont allow my daughter around that type of atmosphere. I also have spoken to several of the other kids parents,  more then 2 or 3 of them. their responses are that they are rude, uncooperative, cruel, and not someone who should be teaching young kids at all. They also pulled their kids prior to ours for major problems. We refuse to have anything to do with this company. In fact they WERE friends of the family, in the same close nit church, and still treated us the way they did. The others who pulled their kids, more then 2 or 3 families, have also said they are just MONEY HUNGRY, DISHONEST, UNTRUSTWORTHY, and ONLY CARE about the MONEY not the kids or in other words they don't care about customers or friends  at all.  We ask for no further contact from them at all period after what they did to us and the other families. This is  especially due to after hearing the other families sides, as well as our own experiences, of what happen to them as well.  I ask that all ties to be permanently cut and for them to Completely restrain from any contact with us completely, especially my daughter. They have major problems that if not fixed will crumble their own company in which they just started this school year.
