Review: I Ordered a Goji Berry Plant from Dancing Creek Farm, I followed all the directions, and basically all I have now is a stick that is probablly not even Good for Kindling, they are not interested in returning calls or emails, it is pretty much just a scam with NO retribution, Buyer Beware When Dealing with this BusinessDesired Settlement: None Yet, Not interested, kinda just tough luck

We provide detailed growing instructions to insure the goji root stock thrives. On our web site we state that if not properly cared for we will not refund. We ship 1000's of these with no problems if the instructions are followed. This customer emailed over 6 months later to complain that his goji root did not grow.

We did speak to him on the phone and told him the exact same thing.

I followed the planting instructions to the letter and waited and waited and waited to see if their was any growth, I did research on line, sadly after the fact and found that there were numerous other complaints about this Company from people who had NO satisfaction in the product or the handling of the complaint, I feel the least they could have done was to offer to send me another plant, but was pretty much told hard luck, all I can say is buyer beware, Thank you,

I would like to know where the complaints are. We successfully ship hundreds of roots each month. The only time there is a problem is when instructions are not followed. Had you of contacted us sooner I could have inspected the root. Our policies are stated online. I'm sorry it did not work out for you. If you'd like to order another root I will ship it at half price less shipping.

I is not unreasonable to after you have planted a shoot to WAIT until you see signs of growth well perhaps I was too patient expecting something to happen and when nothing did that is when I tried to complain leaving message after message and email after email to NO avail that is when I decided to contact the Revdex.com to warn other buyers about this Company

Review: I ordered a goji berry root in early June and was told that they only ship on the first of every month and would probably take 4-6 weeks. I accepted that but here it is mid July and no goji berry root. I have emailed them twice now to get the status of my order with no response. They clearly state not to call them, but they will answer emails quickly. They were sure quick to charge my credit card immediately upon receiving my order so I can't understand what there problem is. I was willing to pay more than I should for this root plant because the proceeds were suppose to be going to their care for animals. Unfortunately, I think now that it all goes into their pockets. I will I had checked with Revdex.com before I purchased because I see they have an F rating and several people have complained. If they are ligit, then why don't they answer their emails and give the buy the status of the order. I never heard of such a business practice before, and am very very disappointed.Desired Settlement: I no longer think I am going to get this item so I would like a complete refund of $46.94 which they charge to my Visa back in June.

when you email our main email you get an auto reply how to best contact us. Orders do take up to 8 weeks. We have shipped 1000s of roots successfully. Please understand that these are live roots that are cut a month ahead of ordering. The amount of orders and weather can play a huge factor in shipping on time. If you can't wait then we are happy to refund you. If you'd like to contact me please write to [redacted] The quality of the roots is high. They are grown successfully. If they fail to grow it is due to improper growing. We send a slip with instructions asking people not to use peat, potting soils with peat, compost or anything to lower the PH balance. If it is not at 6.5 to 7 they will not grow.We have an F rating based on a few complaints, however we have 1000s of successful customers. The delay in shipping is a result of trying to get orders out and still operate our main business which is taking care of dogs for military families while they deploy. Review: I ordered a tree from Dancing Creek Farm on 3/20/2014 and so far I have not received the tree or refund. It has been exactly two months, and they do not respond to my inquires about shipping or refund although I have sent several emails to them. You need look into this issue, I don't want to see other people have to go through this headache.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund to my credit card account.

It is stated on our website that we ship once a month and in the order that orders are received. We start shipping in April so any orders that came in Feb/March are shipped first. Your order was recently shipped. Please understand that these are live roots and cut after orders are placed. This is why we allow 4-8 weeks because there could be factors such as weather that could slightly delay cutting. When you email us you receive an automated email outlining this and the steps or contacts to request a refund or get help. Your root was shipped 6/2/2014 and yes a week delayed because the size of this batch was larger. But the good news is that you're getting a larger root then what you paid for. Review: I ordered a Goji Berry Tree Root on June 1st, paid with my credit card the day of the order. I received an email stating that they ship the first week of each month. I have emailed 4 times, left 2 messages and spoke to someone on the phone once, and still no delivery of my order. I have asked several times to just cancel my order as it will be too late in the season to plant it. I was under th einpression I would receive it in July according to their confirmation email in June.

At this point I just want my money back.Desired Settlement: I would like my money back that I paid in full in June. ASAP

A refund has been issued. We post on our web site and when you place your order to allow 4-8 weeks for your root. These are live roots and cut a few weeks before shipping. Its not as easy as just grabbing and shipping. We ship once a month because as stated on ur web site this is a fund raising effort for our military dog boarding program, not our primary business. We want people to know ahead of time that there could be delays. We are doing the best we can and if you need your roots at a specific time then its best you order from another company.Thank you

We respond fairly to all request. Our terms are clearly printed on our website. One of the biggest problems we have is that this information is sometimes overlooked or they don't rad the auto replies when sending us email. This is not our primary business so we are limited in how we can respond, however it is important. We ask people if they are in a hurry then it would be best to order from someone else.

We also state that these are live roots. We can't just grab it off a shelf and ship right away. Orders are collected and then cut, weather permitting.

We are sorry that you're not happy however we feel we have met our commitment to you.

I still do not have a refund from my purchase . It says they shope the first week of every month . I ordered the first week of June ... It's soon September and no product and no refund so how they feel they've fulfilled their obligation is beyond me !!

Review: I bought a two-year-old root for a Goji Berry plant from Dancing Creek Farm on site Live Goji Berry from [redacted]. I paid $35 with shipping and waited long time to receive it. It finally arrived dry shriveled and dead since it did not grow even after I carefully tested and prepared the soil and soaked the root as

instructed. I planted it in a 19" pot on my covered porch with plenty of sun. I wrote [redacted] by email asking

for refund or replacement root since the cost was really high, including $10 shipping. [redacted] never replied to my request for compensation nor took responsibility for sending dead root. Not even enough courtesy to reply to my emails regarding this matter.Desired Settlement: I need a refund for the dead root she sent including shipping costs. total of $35 is requested with no additional charges for rudeness in not replying and admitting to her poor quality of product and service.

This item was shipped over a year ago. Our website clearly posted that we do not offer refunds for plants/roots unless they are damaged when they are received. We give very clear instructions on growing and thousands of customers have successfully grown these with no problems. Even still I always want my customer to be happy, however his emails to us were threatening and bullying.

Essentially, [redacted] at Dancing Creek Farm and Buy Live Goji Berry said they did not like the tone of my complaint calling it "bullying" and will not take responsibility for shipping a dead goji berry tree root they charged me $25 plus $10 shipping. She said they will not refund it since they only refund for roots that are damaged after shipping and not for those that are dead and don't grow even if planted following their instructions and even if the customer emailed them to get clarifications for planting instructions. [redacted] told me to go ahead and plant it even though it looked dead when arrived and wait for growth. It is not like I did not contact her immediately upon receipt of the root that looked dead when it arrived.

Review: Placed an order in Feb. Didn't know I would be charged that day. ONE MONTH later (Mar.), noticed on credit card statement I had been charged and was still waiting my plant roots. I contacted [redacted] directly by email ([redacted]@gmail.com) and cancelled. She asked for order number but I had never received any. I cut and pasted the PayPal information on my statement and sent it to her within seconds. ONE MONTH later (april), she sends an email that the roots would be shipped. I immediately contacted her that I had cancelled the previous month. She said, "just sent it back and I'll refund your money". I kept saying NO, I don't want it, I cancelled last month. She shipped anyway, saying that she didn't see a big deal in me sending it back (I can't get to the P.O., was upset that there was no indication on website that I would be billed months before shipment, didn't want the product and still no refund). (All emails are documented) She even thought I might like them when opened. I placed a note on the door to refuse the package. It was sent back and I have confirmation of her receiving it. She actually threatened in an email that she would refund the money only if they were in good condition. These are live roots! How do I know in what condition she would receive it a week later? I contacted AMEX, a dispute was issued. It's now weeks later (5/30) and she still hasn't refunded the money. I talked to AMEX and I was told to contact the Revdex.com and State Attorney's office. I decided to call her to see if I can't resolve so that I don't have to contact Revdex.com & State Attorney. I even told her I wanted to have a gentle conversation to try to resolve this. She hung up on me. She has the product I canceled a month before shipment, it was returned unopened, she received the product back according to USPS documentation, AND still has the money. She also goes by http://[redacted]Desired Settlement: Just refund. I have no product. Never opened product. Canceled a month before product shipped (all documents of her acknowledgement to my cancellation are available upon request, including USPS tracking that she received it according to [redacted], SUPV of local USPS branch. )
