According to our records, Mr*** has not contacted us times before this complaint was filed. His request was logged into our system, but we were unable to do the repairs quickly because of our job backlog due to weather conditions that Southwest Louisiana has been experiencing
Therefore, we completed his repairs as soon as we were able. As of 2/17/18, all of the repairs requested have been completed
