I was unaware of ***'s issue until he wrote a review on my business' [redacted] pageI immediately called him and left a voicemailI then looked up his appointments in our system to find that he had paid for the appointments when he booked themFrom time to time, new clients will make that mistake when they, in fact, intend to book without payingI was also able to see that the cleans were also counted against his gift certificateI issued a refund immediatelyThe next day I followed up with him via the email address he had saved when he booked to let him know what I had discovered and that I issued the refundAs to why he couldn't reach me, that remains a bit of a mysteryI have no record of voice mails from him regarding the issue, and I was also unable to find an email to the effectWhen he replied to my email and gave me more information on his attempts to reach out, I became aware that an email address I've listed is not properly forwarding to my inbox for some reason, so he likely not the only person who has reached out without being able to reach meI am looking into the matter so that I may fix the errorUltimately, [redacted] seems to be satisfied with my efforts to resolve the problem and changed the review on my [redacted] pageI value my clients and communication, and I understand why the situation was alarming and frustrating for himIt is my goal that every client be satisfied with the experience of working with Dandelion, from booking to quality of service
