We are coming to the end of an extensive remodel when I learned there was a misalignment of our roofline and gutter causing water to seep under our back door whenever we had extremely heavy rains With newly installed wood floors I knew I had to get problem corrected I was advised to contact the company that had replaced our roof in to find out if a repair could be done
I thought it would be just a waste of my time and wondered if whoever did our roof was even still in business anymore My husband was much more optimistic and reminded me "It was AmerTex that did our roof Remember they came highly recommended by our McKinney realtor."
I sent an email to them since it was after hours but honestly didn't expect to even get a response
I was so surprised when the office manager Laurie called me that very next morning to follow up on my problem She got all my information and assured me that Bryan will be contacting me to get the detailsShe went on to say he will then come out to the house to personally evaluate my problem
Bryan was at my house the very next morning He quickly determined what had been causing my issue and had a team over in less than an hour to correctly solve my problem quickly and neatly with no trash left anywhere The all display great teamwork in the way everything went so smoothly to what I thought would be a giant, frustrating hassle
Of course you want to find a company that can do a good job putting on your roof, but finding a company that's both trustworthy AND skilled that actually stands behind the finished project and truly strives for a satisfied customer is very remarkable
I sure don't want to replace a roof ever again (and I mean, Who does?), but if needed again in the future I will not hesitate to call Ameritex I know they will stand behind their work because I have seen it first hand
The Ameritex's employee arrived on time as scheduled and installed a new skylight to replace the leaking oneHe did a good jobI would recommend this company to anyone who needs to replace a skylight
Cannot give a review, since I had to keep contacting them in order to get them to come out during hours we were available We cancelled other plans to meet them, and they were a no show To be available only mon thru fri from to is not a way to get a customer with an insurance check in hand Will be looking for a roofer willing and able to work with us

As the crews were finishing they told me there would be about squares left over which meant I would get some money backWhen I asked the salesman he said no, they would use all of it How about that? Came out exact! Sure it didThe crews they used only care about one thingFinishing as fast as they can and moving onThey left trash in the yard, debris on the roof, and shingle granules on my patio furniture and on the drivewayI requested they come back and clean up properlyI still had to take my power blower to clean the patio furniture, the patio, and the drivewayWhen they got back on the roof to clean up the debris they leaned their ladder on my guttering and bent it and chipped paint offIt took a month of complaining to get them back to fix the gutter and all they did was paint itIt is still bent
