Well we fixed the a/c system under warrantyThere is no reason we would want to break it intentional so we could repair it again for freeThat makes no sence at allWe warranty the parts out with the vender and replaced the parts as neededTo do the warranty repairSo in conclusion we will not
be giving the customer there money backIf they think this is a legal matter they need to file it in small claims court. Tony M*** ***

Lets start off with saying we have no control of a part failng in a week in a month or even a yearThat is why you get a warranty with your repairYes It was said next thing you would need to have repaired was your a/c but that is because this time your boyfriend brought in the car under his name that we have never meet beforeAfter you said the a/c was just fixed here I looked up your name and saw it was under warrantySo while you where at the counter still I ordered the part and told u it would be hear and I would fix it on saturday for youYou said ok and leftThen you called back and said is it ok if we drop it off tomorrow and see if you can get it fixedI said we would try to get it done for youYour boyfriend dropped of the car and I told him we would try to get it done by the end of the dayHe called a couple hours later right when my tech was going to pull it in and fix it and he said he needed it for work for maybe an hour and a half and he would come backWhich he never came backThen on friday you called and spoke to timeWho had no idea that I already spoke to my tech to do the warranty work for you on saturdayI got on the phone and told you to bring it in so we could do the warranty work for on saturday.Does your a/c work now????? Yes and it is still under warranty if anything happens again.Does your car charging system work????? Yes after we replace the altnerator which has a one year warrantyAgain there will be no refund on the a/c repair. I will give you the $for the diag that you paid the first time

That would make sense had the company actually remembered they replaced my A.C. unit. However, my boyfriend took it in and when we picked it up they advised that my A.C. unit would be my next project. They didn't remember doing my A.C. unit. Also, when I asked what happened the response was that my A.C. compressor was falling apart. I don't believe a 3 week old compressor would just "fall apart," which is what I was told. If it was installed when it was such poor quality that's another complaint. They didn't offer me a warranty replacement originally and I had to fight and argue to get the warranty repair completed.

I have just received notification that this case has been closed due to non response I want you to correct this and deem it satisfied whereas after my email to you advising you of me being out of town Jim H[redacted] our General manager completely refunded the customer and was unable to alert you...

whereas his sign in credentials have been changed for the 4th time ! Moreover I have changed ALL email and correspondence to Jim 4 times only for it to be reverted back to me  I'm ok with that as long as Jim is primary contact whereas I travel for AAMCO and he is always on site to resolve consumer issues Please resolve this complaint and advise me if necessary actions to keep Jim as the main contact person

This is in response for [redacted] car. She brought her car in for it running rough and check engine light on. We did a diag on the car and found that the engine had a code for a muse fire code. So we pulled the spark plugs and found that they needed to be replaced and also did a compression...

check on the engine and each cylinder had good compression.  So at that point there was nothing else to offer the customer beside spark plugs and boots. After we replaced them the car was running great and Kimberly picked it up and drove it.The next day she came back said it was running bad again so we check the car again and found an injector code this time which wasn't there the first time she brought it in. So for customer satisfaction I replaced the injector for free and it didn't seem to make a difference. After a couple of more hours of my tech looking at it we suggested her to bring it to the dealer to diag.[redacted] brought it to the dealer and they told it that it would be a 3000 dollar repair because a little piece of rubber was missing inside the injector harness. I told her to bring it here and let me see what there talking about. So she did and showed us what the dealer was talking about. Some how the rubber inside the harness the piece came off or broke. So we zipped tied it down for her. I then told her if my car was here I would give her one of my car.So Aamco has done no wrong doing in this matter. Either way the car needed spark plugs and boots by recommended miles per service interval and after we inspected the plugs and they were bad.So there will be no refund offered.Anthony m[redacted]
