This is in response for [redacted] carShe brought her car in for it running rough and check engine light onWe did a diag on the car and found that the engine had a code for a muse fire codeSo we pulled the spark plugs and found that they needed to be replaced and also did a compression check on the engine and each cylinder had good compression So at that point there was nothing else to offer the customer beside spark plugs and bootsAfter we replaced them the car was running great and Kimberly picked it up and drove it.The next day she came back said it was running bad again so we check the car again and found an injector code this time which wasn't there the first time she brought it inSo for customer satisfaction I replaced the injector for free and it didn't seem to make a differenceAfter a couple of more hours of my tech looking at it we suggested her to bring it to the dealer to diag[redacted] brought it to the dealer and they told it that it would be a dollar repair because a little piece of rubber was missing inside the injector harnessI told her to bring it here and let me see what there talking aboutSo she did and showed us what the dealer was talking aboutSome how the rubber inside the harness the piece came off or brokeSo we zipped tied it down for herI then told her if my car was here I would give her one of my car.So Aamco has done no wrong doing in this matterEither way the car needed spark plugs and boots by recommended miles per service interval and after we inspected the plugs and they were bad.So there will be no refund offered.Anthony m [redacted]

That would make sense had the company actually remembered they replaced my A.CunitHowever, my boyfriend took it in and when we picked it up they advised that my A.Cunit would be my next projectThey didn't remember doing my A.CunitAlso, when I asked what happened the response was that my A.Ccompressor was falling apartI don't believe a week old compressor would just "fall apart," which is what I was toldIf it was installed when it was such poor quality that's another complaintThey didn't offer me a warranty replacement originally and I had to fight and argue to get the warranty repair completed

I have just received notification that this case has been closed due to non response I want you to correct this and deem it satisfied whereas after my email to you advising you of me being out of town Jim H [redacted] our General manager completely refunded the customer and was unable to alert you whereas his sign in credentials have been changed for the 4th time ! Moreover I have changed ALL email and correspondence to Jim times only for it to be reverted back to me I'm ok with that as long as Jim is primary contact whereas I travel for AAMCO and he is always on site to resolve consumer issues Please resolve this complaint and advise me if necessary actions to keep Jim as the main contact person
