Let me be clear that I never stated a fire was started, that one was almost startedAnd as I stated, not even an apologyYes, the kitchen was "functional" but far from completed as promisedThere was still an additional month and a half before my daughters arrived where the project could have been finished but was notIt was excuse after excuseYour staff damaged items in my kitchen and rightfully you had to repairThe stove top was damaged which is why I wanted it replacedCabinetry is still not completed as your staff damaged a piece upon installation and the repair looks like my three year old niece finger painted over the damageThe brand new sheet rock and molding by the kitchen window has a huge gap that was not repairedThe brand new Sheetrock on the ceiling is two tonedCabinet doors are hitting into each other and soft close not workingThe cabinet alone is more than $The lack of professionalism is appalling and I am amazed you are still in businessAnd I laugh how our balance increased by over $in the last two weeksYes, there is a balance but we are not paying one cent of it as you have not lived up to any of the promises made by John Jaconi, your salesman, or what was stated in the contractIf I am expected to live up to the signed contract, than so are youYou out my family's life at risk when Chip made a poor and illegal decision to take a shortcut on our electricCompletely unacceptableWe want a portion of our money back and $10k is fair for the torture of dealing with your companyLike the major mess up day one of mismeasuring the kitchen!!!

I am amazed at how you stay in businessYou are extremely unprofessional and uncooperativeThis is not acceptableHow come the work can't be completed as promised? The project began on 7/**/16 and was substantially complete and functional by 9/**/16.  There was no fire.  While working over the range, the drop cloth used for protection of the cooktop started to smoke as the knob must have been turned on without our worker knowing and was immediately...

taken off and cleaned.. The cooktop was not damaged but the clinet insisted we replace, which we did so. The cooktop was replaced by [redacted] on 10/**. The refrigerator door was replaced also by [redacted].  The cabinet representative came to the house and agreed to replace all the doors, even though there were only a few that needed to be replaced. The last communication from [redacted] was11/**/16 as she was having her babies. [redacted] responded to our calls and emails on 3/**/17 at which point our Production Manager did a walk through with the client and agreed upon a small punch list.  We returned several times and touched up what was on the list, but [redacted] could not be satisfied. Any open items represent no more than $200.00 in cost of labor.  At this point the clients owes KCI the balance of the contract which is $4,772.00.  KCI has gone to great lengths to satisfy this client, but realize that she will never be satisfied.  Her asking for $10,000 has no basis and she will need to pay her balance of the contract.
