The project began on and was substantially complete and functional by There was no fire While working over the range, the drop cloth used for protection of the cooktop started to smoke as the knob must have been turned on without our worker knowing and was immediately taken off and cleanedThe cooktop was not damaged but the clinet insisted we replace, which we did soThe cooktop was replaced by [redacted] on as she was having her babies [redacted] responded to our calls and emails on at which point our Production Manager did a walk through with the client and agreed upon a small punch list We returned several times and touched up what was on the list, but [redacted] could not be satisfiedAny open items represent no more than $in cost of labor At this point the clients owes KCI the balance of the contract which is $4, KCI has gone to great lengths to satisfy this client, but realize that she will never be satisfied Her asking for $10,has no basis and she will need to pay her balance of the contract
