Danella Line Service, Incorporated

Review: The lines service company installed a cable across my front yard and drilled under my driveway to install [redacted] for my neighbor without notifying myself or husband and did not contact Pa call 1 to obtain a ticket (my natural gas line lies under my driveway) for my property. I am unaware of a permit to dig on my property. Part of the cable exceeds the township right of way and is on my property. I have spoke to my township and requested the line be moved to comply with zoning code. This company never notified us (homeowners) that they placed a cable in our yard (about 12inches down).. is this allowed?Desired Settlement: I would like the cable to be installed entirely on the property receiving the cable service as the actual ticket of service was written for/intended. I want the company to not take advantage of other homeowners and to not make short cuts because its cheaper and easier. I want this company to communicate clearly and concisely with homeowners before, during and after service is provided.
