Regarding this complaint The client/homeowner was given the completed form to be forwarded to the water department When I was contacted by the homeowner he was told this, I never forgot to send the report to the water department His wife was instructed to send the form to the
water department I did offer to test the device for the current year and submit the test report for last year I have been very busy and the weather at that time had turned bad The work to be performed is outdoors and I will not subject myself to being exposed to the elements needlessly I do not keep copies of the test reports that are given to the clients as it requires the homeowners signature when the report is sent to the water district If the client would like to have the device inspected for I will be glad to at my regular fee

on 8/**/danesco did for me annual inspection of back flow device installed on water main pipeing as required by nys dept of health and and mandated by the loacl water department mr dan the owner of danesco gave my wife the receipt suppose he has to file the test to plainveiw water district but the test never submit it to the plainveiw water distrect I just got a the invoice from water co state it that they charge me $penalty because they never revived the test from daneseco I contact Mr Dan he said that he forget to send it and he is gonna send it now later the plainveiw water distriect never received any I call dan again and he gave me different story he said that he gave the test result to my wife but he never did and he has no record of that but I have the receipt from him after he promise me to come and do another test and never happen I have been calling him many time and leave him massage never return my call and I paid hime for this service $its show on the recei
