The company offers double your money back and a new bed if it is destroyed. Mine was destroyed after just a few uses. I honestly don’t know how they can still be in business. They don’t respond to emails or phone calls. I honestly would have never ordered the bed had it not been for the guarantee. My dog was chewing every crate pad I bought at the time.
