I charged my card $33.51. I gave cash $10 tip. But salon added $10 more tip to my card without my permission.
On Sun. 8/25/13 I went to Kunia Nail Salon to have my eyebrows and lip waxed, and my daughter had her eyebrows waxed also. Service amount was $32.00 + tax $1.51= totaling $33.51. I seen a note at the register that cash tip is preferred. So I paid with my debit card $33.51 and wrote cash on the tip line and signed slip. I gave the person $10 tip (which is over 20% tip). I'm reviewing my bank account and see a charge of $43.51 for Kunia Nail Center. I did NOT add any tip of $10 to my card transaction but the salon took it upon themselves to take an extra $10 tip on my card. I called the number 680-7999 on the receipt but the number is no longer active. I am complaining that Kunia Nail Center fraudulently added at tip to my credit card transaction when I gave a cash tip.
