Disappointed with the quality of food service at this establishment. I used their internal process to file my complaint, but never received acknowledgement of this matter. Service was slow due to the long time that food was prepared; valet was non-existent unless you wanted to wait for 20+ minutes; lobster bisque and asparagus were cold upon arrival, salmon was dry. I understand that this was Valentine's Day, but they should have been better prepared for the onslaught of customers. They did compensate for the soup and asparagus and a dessert- but the hour long wait for the entree is simply unacceptable for a high end restaurant on a special evening. I expected at least a call - or response, but nothing. Rumors from employees raised concerns a couple years back about the new ownership and the cutting back on certain items. I wonder if [redacted] or [redacted] or [redacted] would not respond - just to apologize. Nothing else required.
