unprofessional stylist with sloppy work
STAY FAR AWAY
I paid $500 for 2 session at Dangerous Chic Salon in Stl and my eyebrows are hideous. I sent her several screen shots of my brows a couple of days later. One of my eyebrows has no hair because of the waxing or the numbing cream that she uses. I waited 3wks and the single hair strands have yet to come in. I called her to let her know how unhappy I was and she said I signed a paper that basically sums up to “AS IS” work
Then she hung up on me ??
I call her back to discuss this messy *** work and up course my number has been instantly blocked. I’m out of $500 ??

Ma’am I’m sorry that you are unsatisfied with your results, we pride ourselves in our customer service, with that being said , the healing process does vary from client to client due to everyone’s skin type. You have oily skin which we discussed at your initial visit, you may not remember due to the chaos of your grandson screaming and burping the whole visit. I did Offer another session a no additional cost to you , in which you declined. It has only been 3 weeks since your 6 week touchup and it takes approximately 4-6 weeks for healing. As to the form you are referring to that you signed in went in detail about healing and different skin types and I cannot Predict how your skin will take the ink. Unfortunately at this time since threats were made on your behalf, we will no longer be able to service you. I wish You the best.
