this co.claims we ordered a product on line. But 1) no product was received and we doubt there was any legitimancy in the whole transaction.2) We filed with our bank but this co refuses to settle ,even go against their own policy on refund. Again we attempted to tell them there was NOT a product delivered here and that means no product to return . 3) we have no need for their product now or ever.4) the order info they sent via the Bank fails to provide the delivery date or the carrier,name or tracking no. To me this presents what is called fraud. The amounts are 89.91,89.85 and 6.91 for a total of 186.67
Customer was sent both bottles of products she ordered online USPS tracking #*** and then did a chargeback on the charges, she was able to get a full refund from her bank claiming she never received the product, then the customer kept the products. We cannot refund her when she already got a refund and both products for free.

I am rejecting this response because:I do not respect an untruth.What I said about not receiving the product of what ever it was, was not received by us .We live in a condo and could it be possible that someone else was delivered what ever it was ?? Secondly the bank deducted the cost 2 times because the Co gave argument of delivery and the bank believed the co. Bear in mind the truth that God tells us in His word that He will not allow liars or such to enter into His Heaven .What I am saying is the truth and God knows , which is the bottom line . The co needs to get their act together and be responsible ,even in their docs. they claim no record of delivery schedule???
