Dango's Saratoga

To Whom It May Concern: I am writing to you today about an incident that occurred during the Chowder Fest In Saratoga NY Saturday Febuary 1st. The resturant/Pub is not listed on Revdex.com. I did submit the name and do not know how to apply my complaint if they are not listed. My name is *** my husband's name is *** we are veterans of the USMC and professionals as my husband is an electrical engineer and I am an occupational therapist. We decided to go to the chowder fest over the weekend with our two sons that are on vacation for something fun to do. We stopped by the Dango's Fitzgerald's Irish Pub Steakhouse Sports Bar because the band that was playing was great. My husband went up to the bar to help my son *** back with four beers. The bar was very crowded. The owner of the bar grabbed my husband by the front of his shoulders and started to push him. My husband said are you pushing me? The owner stated yes I'm *** pushing you. My husband said well stop it. At that point my son *** also told the owner to stop it and then they got into an argument. Now my attention is drawn to them and I stated please stop, what is going on? We were then all thrown out off the bar. To give you a little more background my husband is a 54 year old with bilateral total hip replacements and nerve damage in his left leg. We are not rowdy people and have never been tossed from any business or other establishment in our lives. I am still unsure what the owners issue was. All I can think is that the bar was too full and he was trying to move us out of the way to get other people to the bar. We should have reported him for assault that day however were so confused to the whole situation that we just left. We live in Ticonderoga NY and like to patronize new places to eat and have a drink. I can honestly say we will not be coming back and will spread the word. It was a good day until this incident occurred. If he treated us in this manor he will treat others the same way. I'm hoping that this e-mail means something. This owner does not have the right to put his hands on someone who is doing nothing more than standing in line waiting to pay for drinks. Several other people that were at this resturant/pub came out and stated that should not have happened and that they were confused as to what just happened.
