First of all very sorry for our late response but we haven't received the complaint letter until this week. The complaint was from Miss. [redacted] regarding a hair service at our salon.
Originally, the customer received her service at our salon on 06/19/2015 and she didn't like the...

service outcome, so she wasn't charged anything for the services provided. After that we haven't received any call, email or message through our website complaining about the employee or the service. We would really appreciate it If the customer would have gave us a call and chance at that time to re-service her again and fix her issue at our salon with another professional, but unfortunately we haven't. Our management wasn't aware of any of this issue until we received a call from the customer and investigated with the employee who provided the services.
Around July 13 we received the call from the customer asking us to give her a refund of $140 for an invoice from another salon where she fixed her hair, and our manager explained to her that it won't be possible but she can service her hair at the salon anytime with no charge (Our manager is new and wasn't employed at our salon at the time of the service, and she wasn't aware of the issue). She asked the customer to send an email to the management and explain the issue in detail, however, we didn't receive any email. We received a one star review in our Facebook page from the customer, and we responded back to her through messages asking her to provide us more details and apologizing to her but we didn't receive any reply.
We are really sorry for the issue the customer faced at our salon, the employee who provided the service was fired when we received the complaint from the customer over the phone. We are very sorry for the bad experience that the customer received and that really not typical of us.
Settlement: We will not be able to reimburse the amount paid at a different salon in form of cash refund. However, we would appreciate it if the customer can provide us with a copy of the invoice from the other salon so that can reimburse her with store credit at our salon in the same amount.
