To Whom it May Concern:
We are answering back to *** *** reply to a previous complaint*** ***' car was at our facility and we did contact the extended warranty company for herThey did come out to examine the car and came to the conclusion that the car overheated and was still being drivenTherefore, they denied the claim because of client negligence, not by wrong doing of Dani's Auto SalesThe warranty company turned down the claimWe did contact the warranty company and escalated the claim with a supervisor and thé warranty repWe also spent over six hours in shop time and tear down of the engine so that the warranty company could determine the result for which the warranty company told us to bill the clientThe warranty company sent another adjuster out to see and examine the cause and effect of *** ***' car issueAfter further examination of the car, for the second time the adjuster came out and excessive cylinder head warpage witch occurred from the car being driven while overheatingThey again denied the claim and that was there final decision. We have an excellent reputation in business and welcome every opportunity to help one of our valued customers.SincerelyDani's Auto Sales IncDani L

8/2/To Whom it May Concern:This vehicle a *** * sedans with 60,miles on it was purchased at our *** & *** location on 5/22/At the time of sale the customers also purchased an extended warranty from *** ** a company that is one of the vendors
that Credit Acceptance Corporation (the finance company for this transaction) utilizes to provide extended mechanical service coverage for its patronsThe Superior Protection Plan (a product of *** **) is a stated component policy, which means that only components listed in the contract are covered, *** *** drove the vehicle 3,from the time of purchase until nowShe first brought in this vehicle on July 24th of Even though that's less than the month time period our initial warranty provides, that’s just about miles over our base warranty of months or mile power train coverage that comes with every car we finance. Her issue was a stuck thermostat this is typically a wear and tear item much like wiperblades and hosesIt caused the vehicle to overheat and blow out the head gasketIt is up the warranty company to decide whether or not this repair is covered under the extended contractAs with any contract there are terms and conditions associated with it, in this contract one of those conditions is the warranty company has the right to come and inspect the vehicle prior to authorizing any repairAs I write this letter this is where we are in the process of having this vehicle repairedNobody likes to come out of pocket for any type of auto repair especially when making such a recent purchaseThat's why dealers sell extended service contracts and warranties in the first placeThat being said common sense bas to tell you that at the first sign of overheating you should find a safe place to pull over and turn off the vehicle and call for road serviceThis is as true for new cars as it is for usedAfter all, cars are machines and machines do breakIt is much less expensive to replace a thermostat than a head gasketAs far as *** *** other complaints, no one at the repair shop was aware of them until the dealership received this letterThe shop did say that she was in for items she was promised on the “we owe” form, but nothing in the way of contact from the customer other than thatWe have an excellent reputation in the business community and welcome every opportunity to help out one of valued customersIn any event and no matter what the warranty company decides to do in regards to her claim we will do everything within our power to help *** *** get her car back on the road just as quickly as possibleSincerely,

April 30, Dear *** ***:I would like to resolve the issues presented here regarding *** *** *** Sedan.According to our records, *** took delivery of his automobile on November 23, 2013, at that time the vehicle had 113,miles on itHe also
was given as part of the sale, an *** *** Service Contract (included as part of his purchase at no cost.) *** *** is a third party vendor and is a completely separate company than our ownEnclosed I have included a copy of what this Service Contract covers under their terms and conditions. When *** purchased his *** ***, we promised only a Pennsylvania State Inspection and emission test*** drove the vehicle miles from the time of purchase to the time of the first repairAt purchase the vehicle was sold with 113,miles and it currently has 120,miles*** had a transmission problem that was covered under his *** *** Service Contract the repair shop gave him an additional month warranty on the repair they did*** overheated the vehicle at 120,which facilitated a 2transmission failureThe overheating problem to the engine was not covered by our or the shops warranty. We have a repair facility on premises but, all transmission repair work is farmed out to various outside vendors since the vehicle was repaired by a 3rd partyvendor we referred *** to them. His vehicle was farmed out to *** *** Transmissions" where it sits to this day, for an unpaid bill to them in the amount of $278.00; it is due for repairs preformed to *** Vehicle at his requestThe repairs were required to make his vehicle drivable. We tried in every way possible to please ***We explained what was covered under the Service Contract and that this repair was not our fiscal responsibility as it is far out of our warrantyIn addition we lent him a vehicle which we do not do as a course of business and which he subsequently totaled in an auto accident. ***, signed a Federal Buyers GuideOn the front of this form, it explains the Warranty offered by the dealershipIn this case it was a three month or 3,mile power-train warrantyOn the back of said form is a federally mandated list that explains some of the major defects that may occur with a used vehicle, unfortunately we cannot cover for free the repairs needed by *** VehicleAt this stage *** should be well aware of what our responsibilities are in regards to his, not our vehicleAt over 14,driven miles on the part of *** on a used vehicle it is well past the time to expect the Dealer to assist in the cost of repairs.Thank you very much for your attention to this matter.Sincerely,

This dealership is the best one that I've been to so farMy first day was just to check out what they have to sell and hear what my options areThe GM was the sweetest!! He explained to me what the process would be like and since i'm a first time buyer with NO CREDIT, he helped me understand what would happen if I were to buy compared to other dealerships (of course, they're going sell themselves better than anyone else but that didn't fall short)The next time I went back, the business was packed, a lot of people were trying to get cars not just in the lot looking at the carsThe salesperson and the GM helped me through the process and I got the car with easeThe only con about this particular location is, the facility is somewhat small but the service outweighs all that "problem"It's a good place to do business

If anyone in need of a vehicle, and your credit is very challenging, " PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE," I purchased a vehicle back in october of 2014, and the first day that I took the vehicle off their lot it was "Smoking" from the exhaust pipe! I reached out to the Finance Company trying to get them to take the vehicle back and nothing happen, so I was forced to take them to court, after six months of complaints, and vehicle being disableAfter giving them the chance to fix the vehicle it drives worse than beforePLEASE TAKE THIS ADVICE AND DON'T GO THERE!!!
