Review: On ** SEPT 2014 I did consult with [redacted] concerning a implant and repair of [redacted]. At that time I was advised that I should wait 6 months or more before surgery could be performed. On ** SEPT 2014 I did pay 100.00 for the initial consultation. I was advised to come back to the office to leave a deposit when I wanted to book the surgery. The DR advised that he could repair a damaged breast despite having an infection previously two other times in the past. The DR that requested I come in ** FEB 2015 for a Pre-Operative Exam. On ** FEBRUARY 2015 a Health And Physical were performed. I was found fit to undergo surgery. On ** FEBRUARY 2015 I did undergo another Comprehensive Consultation where [redacted] now stated he was "afraid" to perform the surgery due to the previous infection in the breast and refused to move forward with this surgery.[redacted] stated that he would reimburse all the monies due to his (the doctor) decision to cancel this surgery.[redacted] personally knew of the previous infections on ** SEPT 2014. He should have made the decision NOT ro perform the surgery on that date. Instead, [redacted] called me in as if he was moving forward with this surgery. There was no reason I was charged on ** DEPT 2014 100.00 dollars when I did in fact pay that day for the service. Yet, I was charged a second time and this was indicated on Care Credit.[redacted] is a thief and he in fact stole money knowingly that he was NOT going to perform the surgery because of the same issue he talked about on ** SEPT 2014. [redacted] is nothing but a thief. He charged monies with the intent to defraud me out of additional monies and further, caused me much mental anguish.Desired Settlement: REFUND OF : 1,100 dollars and 1,000 deposit for the surgery date for a total of 2200.00 dollars.
