On Dec 7th, we this company comes to install new laminate flooringAs of today May 8, it has been months since the initial installation and the work has yet to be completedI have postponed and rescheduled several appointments to work with the companyWe have received the run around from this company since 12/7/We had about or more boards that were damaged after the installation on 12/7th We also had a lot of other issues with the installationI have call and stopped by the office so many times I lost count First guy [redacted] I worked with never kept in contact with me and I had to be the one calling all the timeHe didn't order all the trim work needed which has cause a big problemHe is no longer with the company and told me to speak with owner [redacted] about the unfinished workI have had people come out several times now trying to complete the work but it's not completeThey even sent two men out to my home who didn't even work with laminated
