I accept this response only if [redacted] calls me on the 30th like he said he was going to and picks up the car and fixes it completely during this appointment. If not, I would like a refund.

customer must bring vehicle in and drive with foreman in order to identify noise as we have been unable to duplicate it. There is no justification for reimbursement for work which was required, authorized and completed, but we sincerely wish to correct any issue with the quality of this work and will do so as soon as the customer can demonstrate the concern to us

This is not acceptable as the dealership has had over 6 attempts to fix the vehicle. Only some type of reimbursement is acceptable now. The dealership seems to feel that they should have unlimited tries, whether that be 7 attempts or 20 attempts, regardless of the frustration and inconvenience it causes the customer. The service manager, [redacted], has stated that since they are a dealership, money is no issue so I am not sure why they will not issue a refund for inability to diagnose the issue and complete the work. I believe this is a breach of contract as I have fulfilled my end and paid the fee but they have not fulfilled their end of the contract by fixing the vehicle.I have never in all my years of car ownership have had such a difficulty getting a car repair done. This is the first time any garage or dealership didn't fix the car appropriately on first attempt and that I have been unsatisfied with a garage.

In reviewing the file for this deal, the worksheet used by the salesperson to present options to the customer clearly shows a trade value of $13,000 as well as a discount of $473 off the selling price of the new vehicle. The only appearance of...

the $16,000 figure is as an estimated lien payout. The bill of sale signed by the customer also shows the trade value as $13,000. This has been reviewed with the customer and we feel that there is nothing further to be done.

because they are liars and I just went this way to have it on record before I file a law suit against [redacted] which includes steele I guess we will see if the will keep the same story under oath by the way I never seen any worksheet from the salesman they don't seem to get it THE SALESMAN SAID 16,000 FOR MY CAR look at the black book on a [redacted] with 49,000 klicks and a extended warranty. I did before I took it over there
