I accept this response only if [redacted] calls me on the 30th like he said he was going to and picks up the car and fixes it completely during this appointment. If not, I would like a refund. This is not acceptable as the dealership has had over 6 attempts to fix the vehicle. Only some type of reimbursement is acceptable now. The dealership seems to feel that they should have unlimited tries, whether that be 7 attempts or 20 attempts, regardless of the frustration and inconvenience it causes the customer. The service manager, [redacted] , has stated that since they are a dealership, money is no issue so I am not sure why they will not issue a refund for inability to diagnose the issue and complete the work. I believe this is a breach of contract as I have fulfilled my end and paid the fee but they have not fulfilled their end of the contract by fixing the vehicle.I have never in all my years of car ownership have had such a difficulty getting a car repair done. This is the first time any garage or dealership didn't fix the car appropriately on first attempt and that I have been unsatisfied with a garage. Sincerely, [redacted]
