This company does not care about the customers.
They do not pick up the phone, so you are left trying to figure out medical coverage.
They will, however, take your money.
Do not use this company.

I dread having to deal with this company as it is a total waste of time and just leaves me upset and angry. I have been trying to appeal charges from 2020. I've call over 10 to follow up my case and each time they cannot locate any of my appeal paperwork, and ask me to send it all over again. They don't care, are incompetent and unhelpful. Avoid this company at all costs.

No one cares, no one listens, no one answers e-mails. I was billed 6 months after my ER visit and at that time I was still going to Doctors to find out what was happening with me. I have a rare immune blood disorder causing severe Vertigo. My Doctor wrote to my insurance company with the reason why she advised me to go to the ER. $3800 bill. I called over 25 times, and I was told we will get back to you in 21 days, that never happened. My Provider was the one who told me my request was denied not my own insurance company. There is always two sides to every story but not this story. I paid my insurance fees, on time and I was denied a ER visit. Why would anyone want to use this insurance company? Unfortunately for me no Attorney will help, not enough money. MB Chicago

Review: After calling numerous times and being put on indefinite holds and transfers I got absolutely no where, in regards to inquiring about paperwork sent to my office was about. If paperwork is being sent to a medical office perhaps it would be helpful if the people who send it knew what they were asking for.Desired Settlement: No longer contact the office.
