The business practices of Daniel DSmith and Associates, as well as Michael S***, are not truthful or pursuant with Arizona state laws My security deposit was not returned to me and, I was charged for multiple items that were untrue or invalid Instead of practicing good business ethics and looking into my concerns, I received an Email that dismissed me completely, as well as my legitimate and evidence based concerns Basically, once they have your deposit, they no longer wish to hear from you I've never encountered such dishonesty and legal disregard

The business practices of Daniel D. Smith and Associates, as well as Michael S[redacted], are not truthful or pursuant with Arizona state laws. My security deposit was not returned to me and, I was charged for multiple items that were untrue or invalid. Instead of practicing good business ethics and looking into my concerns, I received an Email that dismissed me completely, as well as my legitimate and evidence based concerns. Basically, once they have your deposit, they no longer wish to hear from you. I've never encountered such dishonesty and legal disregard.

This company couldn't care less about their properties or their tenants. First they will lie to you on how large the apartment you are renting is. 600 sq ft? Sounds good until you find out that it is actually 475 sq ft after measuring it yourself. Then they will have you sign a generic lease that they have hardly read themselves and won't enforce any of the rules unless it is to their benefit. They'll seal your floors with wall paint that constantly peels up, you can't even get clean, and changes color when you try to mop it. They'll tell you that they will send out a notice, and that they are currently writing it up, to notify tenants that they need to abide by the rules and then never do it.
My lease specifically states that no smoking is allowed anywhere on the property yet when I complain that tenants smoke directly outside my bedroom window for hours at a time and I have severe asthma, they state that they can't do anything because not all the tenants signed a lease that said smoking was not allowed. In case you didn't know, having certain tenants under different rules is also completely illegal. Lease terms can differ (rent amount, lease length) but property RULES cannot.
These people have no idea what they are doing.

I am a disabled senor and have a 74 year old lady living with us we live I a mesa apartment we recently got bed bug's sent a letter with rent payment to do maint and to spray for bed bug's they setup time to come spray we did not know certain things had to be cleared so the spray was set back five day's mean while got a call from the office that if we can't have it ready to spray they will have someone come and put us out and everything outside we had all cleared they sprayed all of our belongings in plastic bags outside in the rain some things got damaged they
Came out to spray the second time OK
I checked my email and seen that we have thirty day to move evicted so I called the office asked why we were getting evicted and she said because of the bed bug's after all we went through
To get sprayed for bed bug's we get evicted now that is not fair business practice in my point of view.
