This customer has everything.  She received all her high resolution images with eight weeks of her wedding.  As soon as she told which album cover she wanted she had her album within three months.  Her album has been delivered to her and we have signature confirmation from the...

USPS.  She did not give us her picks for her wedding album until January of 2016 she had an album design February of 2016 she came into our office in March to look it over.  We e-mailed her album choice in March, she replied she would get back to us.  When she did get back to us in June, she said we hadn't been in contact with her.  I have e-mail proof we were waiting on her.  She gave us her album cover choice in July and her album was delivered to her by the beginning of October.  We tell all our brides depending on how quickly they get back to us depends on album time delivery.  She has received everything in full within 13 months of her wedding.  Considering it took her three months to get us her album picks to design her album and then another three months to pick her album cover, that is six months of her time.  If everything is done in a timely manner we say album delivery is with nine months to a year.  We have e-mail confirmation of all of this.  I can forward all these e-mails if you like.Thank you.
