If you're on this website, you're probably like me: having just received a list of referrals for home inspectors from your realtor or maybe just having done a search yourself, you're now researching your options, trying not to screw up this really important step in a pretty stressful process Since I found these reviews very helpful in my decision-making process, I want to pay it forward I recently had a home inspection with Carl H [redacted] , and he did a fantastic job He was professional, respectful, and took all the time needed to explain his findings in detail to me I've been through home inspections before, and this was by far the most detailed I've ever seen I'm not a complete it, but I'm also not very savvy about home repairs Thanks to Carl, I now feel like I'm going into this purchase with more confidence If you choose Horizon Point, I'm pretty sure you won't regret it

We had Bryant Hardwood install oak hardwood in three bedrooms and closet to match existing hardwood installed when home built in They refinished existing hardwood and finished all hardwood with special finish we purchased that is ecofriendly and no VOCAfter about months the new hardwood showed signs of cupping but existing wood floor was perfectWe contacted owner times and was told the floor would return to a flat stable surface after a yearIt is now months and cupping is worseThe last time we contacted them we were told cupping is excluded from their warrantyI would not recommend Bryant for any flooring projects unless they provide a guarantee regarding defects
