Our customer posted a message on Facebook and emailed us about a problem she had with our slippers The customer did not get a response from us on either platform.Our email account and social media accounts were monitored by a former employee and we aren't sure how this communication was missed.We were able to contact the customer via phone today and apologized and advised the quality issues she mentioned would be addressed.Additionally, we informed the customer that we would refund the purchase cost of the slippers in question and send her another pair The customer was satisfied with this resolution
