6/21/I went to Deborah home for a service call after checking out her systemI found that she had some problems going onShe had major electrical problemsShe keep telling me that she needed her air because of medical problems that she cannot live with out her air condition she keep asking me to help her I told her ill do the best I can to help herIt was very hot day 97degree she had electrical problems going on with her indoor blower motor the wires was melted together fried and the run capacitor had exploded the circuit board had a burn on itIt was no good fried too it was not letting volts go to the out side unit to make the contractor pull in to make the out side unit run she keep putting stuff over her return grill making the blower unit run on hiamp draw I told her she would have to move the chair from over the grillshe keep telling me don't leave her with out her air condition runningI told her that after we agree on the price of fixing the first problem $dollar I told her that the circuit broad would have to be replaced that the out side unit will not come on when calling for coolShe ask me if I could please do something to keep it running for know that she have a medical problem that she could die with out air conditioning she wanted it to stay onkeep in mine it was very hot and she had no cooling for daysshe kept saying she couldn't live with out air conditioning it to hot she would dieI told her that the circuit broad will be needed to be replace to make it turn on and off I said $ dollar more to replace it for her she said that she don't have anymore money right knowSo she told me to just let it keep running until she call me in days keep in mine she kept begging me to help her keep it on asking me to help herI felt that if I made volts by pass to the out side unit it would run as a temporary solutionit wouldn't put anyone in any danger its only volt and it cooling only she would have to turn it on and off by the service switch if it get to coldshe said great it would only be a week meaning at the end of that week she would call me back to put the circuit broad inShe never call me back so I called her to ask if she was going to let me do the workKeep in mine I have call around for the part and was already to fix her unitShe never call backThe next time I her from her is thought yall at the Revdex.com almost a year later Know she say she fixed it with my diagnostic that I given herNow she wants her money back after monthsmonths latter come on get real the answer is NO to her letterIf she had a problem I told her that it was a temporary solutionShe should of called me back like she said she would doShe didn't never call back at all We give days guarantee on our services with our replacement partsBut if you have other problems that we say need to be address than that needs to befixed right awayI can not guarantee the work I told her our company policy that why | called her back so we can finish fixing the unit in a timely fashion before anything else happenI know it was a hot summer and if that unit broke again and with her medical problem she would have called me right away and read me the riot-act
