This gentleman lost my necklace! I brought it in to be repaired January of and have yet to get it back He told me he lost it, and then posted a picture on his Facebook page of another lady wearing it When I brought it to his attention he told me I was wrong The necklace was given to my son by my step-father and was a customized by him There is no way to be wrong as this necklace is not a common chain
This man is a thief a liar and a scam artist!
Very disappointed!! The business is filthy dirty and smells like cigarette smoke. He also keeps his dog there and the place is covered in dog hair. He is very unprofessional and doesn't keep records of the work he's done on customers jewelry. Had my rings for over two months and still wasn't able to put the diamond in one of them. Also was supposed to fix my band and buffed it out and the scratches were back the next week. Please take your jewelry to an actual big name jeweler. He also would not refund my money. So I paid twice to have it fixed. ðððððð
