Review: In 2010 we purchaced a 2002 [redacted]. The car was in prestine condition and only had 13,000 miles. This is a car that is known to [redacted] to have gel build up in the engine. [redacted] had fixed all of them under warrenty for so many years after a recall. We have maintained good records and had oil changes when we were supposed to. However, like the other models this year it has developed the same oil problem as the other models that year and model. [redacted] will only give us a $500.00 towards the correction of this problem. They say the "car is too old" they are not taking into consideration that the car was truly never driven and not given the opportunity to have the expected problem occur.Desired Settlement: I think that a compromise of half of the cost is reasonable.

Review: Wilkie did a repair on my Lexus [redacted] 1996. The repair was the transmission fluid changed and oil change and my lights because the light was on my dash. I went to pick my car up today and come to found my seat was broke which was not broke when I took it in there. Spoke with (Assistant Service Manager) [redacted] about them fixing my seat and he had the audacity to say to me that the mileage on my car is the reason it's broke when it wasn't when I brought it in there. Basically told me he's not going to fix it.Desired Settlement: I want Wilkie Lexus to fix my seat. Whoever drove the car is the person that damaged my seat while in their possession. I been doing business with this company since 2012 and this is how they treat a loyal customer and whatever they charge, I pay with no discrepencies. But I'm not paying for my seat to fixed by this company that broke it.
