Review: After inappropriate and unprofessional behavior from

[redacted], I dismissed him the day he was to start.

I had paid him the 50% of his fee, 1700.00 several days earlier.

He said for me to take him to court if I wanted my money back. Then a few minutes later, after he had left, he called, and said I'd get my money back on June 25th.

Not understanding why the delay and assuming he was just spouting off, I said I wanted my money back now, or I would take it to the Revdex.com. He said "do what you got to do. I'm just telling you youll get your money on June 25th.

Unacceptable behavior started earlier what with personal comments, and calling me [redacted], a phrase he thought was clever since my nickname is [redacted]. He took up too much time with his personal comments, although I figured he just didn't know better, and I let it go. the third time I talked to him he again asked if I was [redacted]. I said A[redacted]s is my name.

I was already irritated with him when he called and asked for half his money a week earlier. I explained that I had just opened my checking account and didn't yet have my checks. Nontheless, I went to the bank and got a specially ordered check just for him. He said he would start work on Wednesday, then said it would be Thursday at 9:00am. I waited to let him I to access the elec tricity, and at 10:00 I called and asked him why he was late. He get defensive and started makin excuses, to which I replied that a phone callwould have been a common coutesy. The convversation turned irate when he arrived and I showed im our contract pointing to the clause which states that all work shall be done in a substantial workmanlike manner. I complained that he was anything but workmanlike. The conversation turned ridiculous. I will go into detail if required.

I want my money back. I don't think I should have to endure three days or more with this guy at my house. I want to know why he says I'll get my money on June 25th. No explaination. Rude, bad mannered and crass individualDesired Settlement: I want to be remunerated 1700.00 immediately or at least get an acceptable reason for the delay.

Hello, in response to a complaint about me and my company complaint ticket # [redacted] I want to address the issues my customer had with me. The first one is about her name A[redacted]s, after several conversations I had with her on the phone she at one point said that you can call me [redacted], I then said to her "does anyone ever call you [redacted]", she said ya but not so much anymore……. I recall saying it one other time in an effort to keep spirits lite and I was joking when I said it, I realize my error now as I can see how a customer may think that is unprofessional, and maybe me having, or trying to have a sense of humor is not appropriate, or I'm just not a funny person, either way, it upset her, and I extend my apologies for being offensive. So anyway, this customer was extremely hard to deal with, it took me like 3 weeks to get a down payment, and we wanted to start on several occasions and she kept pushing back the start date, I sub-contract out some of my work and I told her we would start around 9am that morning, I told my sub I would be there between 9-11 to give him a down payment for starting the work, he said he would be there at 9. I get a call from her at 9:45 and she is like"where are you guys", I'm like" I am 2 blocks away see you in a minute", she hangs up on me, so I'm thinking to myself" did she really just hang up on me???", I then call my sub [redacted] and I ask him where he is, he said he is still getting materials and will be there shortly, I say " ok" and tell him that my client is upset. I pull up to her house where she is standing on the top of the steps with the contract in her hand, comes running down the stairs, and says" you guys said you would do the job in a timely manner", I'm thinking to myself" REALLY???", she then brings up about me calling her [redacted] and how that upset her and says" HOW LONG HAVE YOU BEEN IN BUSINESS YOUR AN IT I DONT WANT YOU WORKING HERE" and also says" IM TAKING YOU TO COURT TO GET MY MONEY BACK", I then told her no need to take me to court, I will give you your money back around the 25th, as I was waiting(and still am), for a house to close where I am owed a substantial amount of money, if you want you can call shore west closing department and ask for [redacted], she will tell you that also, the reason I told her the 25th is because thats when they were suppose to close, and the closing keeps getting pushed back, it is scheduled to close sometime in the next week or so.
