Scheduled appointment for my dogs for a specific service After the service, I was charged $extra for "exams" that I was not previously informed I would be charged for Exams included a stethoscope, and that was about it Took about tries each dog on different paws to get a vein to draw blood for the service Dogs were shaved at the time One of my dogs eventually had to get poked in the ear to draw blood, because he could not find a vein Did not feel as though I was in a friendly environment No employees nor the Drwere personable Would not recommend or choose to go back
