Made a $mistakeI was advised by MrParks to do a "roof tune" upHe did not advise a roof replacement because it would cost over $He offered a $tune up but would discount it to $if I accepted a contract and down payment that dayThe job is terrible! He replaced, some, not all broken shingles with a shingle that does not matchHe did not advise me to replace the whole roof that would give a better aesthetic to the propertyThe repairs as so obvious, a landscaper ask why did the roofer not match the repairs to the existing roof shingleI can only image what my neighbors think! I appears MrParks is in the business of ripping off his customers and not providing quality work that is obvious to all for such an inconspicuous jobNow I will have to spend a great amount of addition money to have the whole roof replaceDon't use him!
