accommodated her by scheduling her for later that same day at 3:15, despite a completely booked schedule. She did call again on Friday 12/29 at 3:08 and said that she was running late for her 3:15 appointment. We did inform her that her appointment was the day before, which she missed. It is very understandable that there was a miscommunication between [redacted] andour office about the daytime of her appointment. Review: To Whom It May Concern; On July 24th 2013 I had an eye examination visit to DR Whangs Clinic. Once the exam was completed I proceeded to order a pair of glasses from the optician lab in his clinic. I was provided service by [redacted] ABO the office manager. I stressed the urgency of my need for this pair for my previous pair was misplaced a week prior to this visit. On Friday August 2, 2013 I called to see if my glasses were in, I was told they were. On Saturday August 3, 2013 at 8:00 am I return to the clinic in order to pick up my glasses. [redacted] once again attended to me. As soon as I put on the glasses my vision was impaired. I told [redacted] immediately that I could not see well that my vision was blurred. She asked for the glasses back in order to do an adjustment. She then brought the glasses back to me and there was no change my vision continued to be blurred. I once again told [redacted] that my vision was impaired which at this time began to make me nervous and upset for I had been without glasses for two weeks now. She proceeded to tell me that I was not looking straight that my vision was tilted and that since I was not looking straight (which insulted my intelligence for I know very well the difference between looking straight and down) and that I would not be able to see well until I looked straight. I told her once again that I was looking straight that I knew the difference between looking straight and down and that my vision near or far was still impaired. She persisted in telling me that I was not looking straight and that is all she kept telling me that I needed to look straight. When DR Whang examined my vision I could see completely clear through the lenses he showed me. I told her to cancel the order that I would go elsewhere and to please refund my payment for I could not risk using glasses that impaired my vision further. She stated no and that all I needed to do was to look straight. The service provided by [redacted] was completely unacceptable, and the fact that she refused to refund my payment for services not rendered also unacceptable.Desired Settlement: I would like that no other customer go through the pain and discomfort I went through. For vision is extremely important to me.
