I used [redacted] three timesThe first two visits were done by [redacted] himself and the work was acceptableOn the third visit he sent a team of two people, named [redacted] and ***, who did a poor job This change was done without informing me in advanceWhen I complained after I saw the results, [redacted] ***r informed me that he had expanded his company and that he had no time to do the work himself The team was being paid by the hour and they took their time to do the workI asked them to change washers on three valves in the kitchen, instead they decided to replace them by cutting pipes and soldering new ones A one-handle Moet faucet in the kitchen was drippingThey replaced the cartridge but it continued drippingThe lead worker told me that this was normalI had to insist that the work be redone before it was corrected In the bathtub of the upstairs bathroom the cold water side of a Gerber faucet was drippingInstead of first trying to change the washer, they decided that the cartridges of both hot and cold water had to be replacedThey did not succeed after working on it for two hoursNow the cold water is dripping at a much faster rate [redacted] 's team recommended that the whole unit be changed for another $In other words, the complex solution was always used before trying the simpler one [redacted]  only showed up at the end of hours to hand me a $billThis was an aggravating experience that I would not recommend to anyone
